While at AMT – The Association For Manufacturing Technology, I created over 25 technical illustrations to show the breadth of capabilities with additive manufacturing. These illustrations were featured on an online database to help educate manufacturers about the use cases and variety of additive technology. Unlabeled versions of the illustrations are included to show the artwork, and labeled versions are included to show the full complexity of the technology. Select illustrations are shown here to give a sense of the diversity of additive manufacturing. This project presented a unique challenge as I had to try to simplify such complex processes visually, without sacrificing any accuracy as to how the technology functions.
